WARDROBE INFORMATION:
Straw Dogs Background Guidelines for Costume
Here are some general guidelines for our background actors to follow:
The season for the film is late summer. School is just back in session. The film takes place in a small town in Mississippi. All background will be in casual clothes. The economic range is working class.
Please have all background bring at least two to three options. We often recycle them for various scenes and script days.
Please avoid bright primary colors, high contrast small repeating patterns, and prominent logos, and recognizable styles. We suggest more neutrals and earthy tones. We also suggest they wear soft soled shoes for our sound department. Any purses or shoulder bags they can bring will be helpful to our prop department.
We are always concerned with the comfort of our actors on set. Please remind our background to be prepared, such as comfortable shoes, weather appropriate clothing, etc.

Please bring Khaki shorts and sneakers. Wardrobe will provide shirts and hats
Blackwater Football Team:
Please bring own sneakers, wardrobe will provide shorts, shirts and helmets. Please wear PROPER Support for jogging (Under Armour)

Jeans, work pants t-shirts, old work shirts, t-shirts, plaid shirts, cowboy boots and work boots, old and worn in.
CHEERLEADERS/ JANICE FRIENDS:
After School casual. Jeans, Casual Skirts, Button up blouses CASUAL. Earth tones are good NO LOGOS
